After several years of designing our way into this industry, Kelley has taken the most requested features and designed them into one of the most innovative park models to hit the market.   Exclusive to Cowtown Cottages through the Summer of 2024, the details of this new design were masterfully executed by Platinum Cottages.  We are super grateful for Platinum's willingness to tackle the conceptual drawings that Kelley designed.    Kelley's vision for this home comes from first-hand experience of living in a Cowtown Cottage full-time.    This plan boasts of abundant kitchen storage and countertop space, built-in counter-height dining space that could be used as a desk, a built-in dog room for the furry children, a large climate-controlled flex space, exterior storage access, spacious bathroom, and a 9' x 10'5" full-height bedroom in the loft to give you tree top views.   This home was designed with empty nesters or single professionals in mind.  However, don't dismiss the possibilities of making the climate-controlled flex space and the dog room into fantastic fort-like housing for littles.   The possibilities are endless.   We hope you will come tour the Mockingjay for yourself.  We would love to know your thoughts and the opportunity to design a home just for you!
